Sharpe® Fire-Safe Cryogenic Ball Valves Series FSC70/FSC74 & FSC80/FSC89 Now Available

Exeter, NH, January 4, 2020 – Anvil & Smith-Cooper International’s new Sharpe® Series FSC70/74 flanged and FSC80/89 3-piece ball valves are fire-safe versions of the field-proven Series C70/74 and C80/C89 cryogenic valves. Qualified by severe temperature and performance testing, FSC70/74 and FSC80/FSC89 valves are designed to deliver superior performance in applications, such as LNG, that require compliance with American Petroleum Institute fire test standard 607.

All Sharpe cryogenic valve platforms are specially designed, manufactured, and assembled to provide exceptional and trouble-free operation at extreme low temperatures. One-piece cast extended bonnets ensure stem sealing integrity by creating a gas column separating the stem seals from cryogenic fluid.

Series FSC70 full port, fire-safe, cryogenic flanged ball valves are available ½” – 4” sizes.

Series FSC74 standard port, fire-safe, cryogenic flanged ball valves are available in 1” – 4” sizes.

Series FSC80, standard port, fire-safe, cryogenic 3-piece ball valves are available in ½” - 4” sizes.

Series FSC89, full port, fire-safe, cryogenic 3-piece ball valves are available in ¼” - 3” sizes.

Pressure Rating: ASME Class 600; ASME Class 300.
